Our Team
Robert Schwartz
Owner
Robert Schwartz is the owner of the company. He has a bachelor’s degree in international business and finance from the American University and received an MBA from the same school. Robert has been involved in the glass industry for 22 plus years and has worked on many large projects that have shaped the Miami skyline. Robert oversees the day to day operations of the company, including but not limited to contract negotiations, finances, and overall quality control.
Butch Ampil
Head of Operations
Butch Ampil has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and marketing from San Beda College. He also has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. Butch has been working in the glass industry for the last 30 years, specifically dealing with the manufacturing of glass products from overseas. Butch is head of operations, and works very closely with the owner and is involved with the takeoff, design, purchasing, and site management.
Carlos Santamarina
Head of Installations
Carlos Santamaria has been working in the glass industry for the last 25 years and is the head of the installation company. Carlos oversees field measurements, confirming glass is made per measurements, installation team, and final quality control.
